Condolence From: Jackson's Funeral Homes Family
Condolence: Dear Holden Family,
We at Jackson’s Funeral Home remember April 5, and the life of Brouce Holden, Jr. It is our hope that this quote by Thomas Bailey Aldrich brings you comfort as you remember him today. “What is lovely never dies, but passes into another loveliness, stardust or sea foam, flower or winged air.”
You are in our thoughts,
Jackson’s Funeral Homes Family

Condolence: My deepest condolences to Brouce’s family. He was so much more than a dear friend!! He lived in Maumelle in a condo that he purchased from my father. They had a ball playing gin at the card table and golf together. His generosity to Billy Moore and myself, Carrie Murtha Clifford, was so genuine!! We had some very good times together, including a hilarious trip, Brouce, Billy and myself to Tampa, Florida. He is reunited with his son in heaven, the last time I saw Brouce was right after Petey passed away, he was in grief! I have a picture of Brouce, Billy and me from Tampa. Brouce’s grief turned into hysterical laughter of three us and all the fun we had. He is missed by myself, my family and countless friends!! Thank you for including Billy as an honorary pallbearer. They had a very special friendship! May The Lord grant his peace to all of you, his family.
Love and prayers, Billy Moore and Carrie Clifford

Condolence: I was shocked to see the news about Brouce. I am honored to call him a friend. I agree with Eddy Toler's comments. Brouce was one of a kind and someone that will be remembered. He and I shared quite a few adventures that are permanently etched into my memory.

"Once upon a time there was a tavern
where we used to raise a glass or two.
Remember how we laughed away the hours.
Think of all the great things we would do?
… Those were the days, my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we choose
We'd fight and never lose
For we were young and sure to have our way.
Yes, those were the days.

Condolence: I am in total disbelief....and shock. I was saddened to learn of his passing, as I'm sure several others are too. I met Brouce when he attended school at Bradford in 1964. I have many memories of him through the years.
Brouce was truly one of a kind.
He loved to go to the Golf Tournaments or go watch the Cardinals.
My thoughts and prayers for Melissa, Jim Reid and his many other family members and friends. He wouldn't want you to be sad....Melissa, can't you just hear him "Well now, Baby Darlin".
God Bless all of you. He will be greatly missed.
