Obituary for Deborah Lynn "Debbie" Sitzer

Deborah Lynn "Debbie"  Sitzer
Miss Deborah Lynn “Debbie” Sitzer of Weiner, Arkansas, departed this life on Friday, October 21, 2022, at the age of 67. She was born August 20, 1955, in Jonesboro, the daughter of Ralph and Lila (Lynn) Sitzer.
She was a graduate of Weiner High School and attended beautician school. Miss Sitzer was retired from Weiner Schools. She was a member of the St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. Miss Sitzer enjoyed square dancing, watching wrestling, and playing with children.
Miss Sitzer was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Lila (Lynn) Sitzer; one brother, Billy Sitzer; one sister-in-law, Sandra Sitzer; one nephew, Barrett Sitzer; her grandparents, George and Mary Belle Lynn; and Joseph and Elizabeth Sitzer.
She is survived by one brother, Tommy Sitzer and wife, Linda, of Jonesboro; one nephew, Byron Sitzer of Weiner; two nieces, Amanda Yearta and husband, Philip, of Jonesboro, Carrie Schwarz and husband, Paul, of Jonesboro; five great nephews, Joseph Sitzer of Weiner, Briar Sitzer, Lance Cooper, Wade Yearta, and Cannon Yearta all of Jonesboro; three great nieces, Amelia Sitzer, Addison Schwarz, and Avery Schwarz all of Jonesboro; and a lifetime of friends.
Friends may visit at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Weiner, Monday 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Gary Sitzer, Tim Sitzer, Eddie Sitzer, Lewis Hogue, Brent Lisko, and Tyler Sitzer. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Sitzer and Toby Sutton.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Oak Grove Cemetery P. O. Box 142 Weiner, AR 72479 or the Weiner Fire Department 101 North Washington, Weiner, AR 72479.
