Obituary for Glenna Rudd

Glenna Bise Hurst Rudd, our family’s angel on earth, was released from her earthly bonds into the loving arms of her Heavenly Father on December 11, 2020. Mrs. Glenna was a member of the Church of Christ and took her three children faithfully to church throughout their childhood.

Mrs. Rudd was born to Herbert and Mable Bise on July 11, 1941 in Johnstown, Ar. She grew up north of Amagon with her family near the Estico community.

Mrs. Rudd loved Facebook, shopping for a bargain and playing games on the computer. She loved helping others, but her greatest joy was time spent with family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and father to their girls, Melbern Hurst, her husband and the last love of her life, Ralph Rudd. A brother Gerald Bise, and sisters, Ella Prestidge, Peggy Rudd and Kaye Heslin. As well as a very special sister in law and friend Roberta Kirkwood.

Mrs. Glenna is survived by daughters Reva Hurst of Newport, Lisa Tennyson (Curt) of Grubbs and John Lamb (Kendra) of Maumelle.
Her bonus children gained by her marriage to Ralph: Phyllis Rudd Armdt (Leonard) of Washington State, Janice and Bruce Koplin of Florida, Peggy and David Kelly of Florida and Ralph G. and Linda Rudd of Michigan.
Brothers: Lindell Bise of Festus, Mo and Johnny White (Amanda) of Newport, sisters Elaine Powell of Midway and Christine Ward of Cedar Ridge, Ar.
Grandsons: Jeremy Hurst of Eugene, Oregon, Aaron Tennyson (Petyton) of Swifton, Cody Lamb (Terra) of Port Orchard, Washington, Cord Lamb of Paragould, Trey Lamb of Cabot, and grand-daughter Abby Ruth Lamb of Cabot.
Mrs. Glenna is also survived by a lifetime of nieces, nephews, family, friends and neighbors.

Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home Monday 12:00 to 1:45 p.m.
