Mr. Raymond Allen Mueller of Newport, Arkansas, departed this life on Sunday, January 3, 2021, at the age of 67. He was born May 20, 1953 in Newport, the son of Otto Willie and Donivee R. (Jackson) Mueller.
Mr. Mueller was a member of First United Pentecostal Church of Newport. He was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Mueller was a collector of guns, and a proud member of the NRA. He loved animals, raising State Champion rabbits during his time in FFA.
Mr. Mueller held many jobs over his years, but he especially cherished his time as a fireman for the city of Diaz.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Jennie McCuan Mueller; and his father, Otto Mueller.
Mr. Mueller is survived by his mother, Donivee R. (Jackson) Mueller of Newport; one brother, Ronnie Mueller and wife, Wanda, of Newport; two nieces, Alyson Strange and husband, Matt, and Caitlin Mueller; one great-niece, Harper Strange; several cousins, and a lifetime of friends.
Graveside services are 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2020, at Walnut Grove Cemetery with Bro. Matt Mitchell officiating.
