Obituary for Sandra Allen
Ms. Sandra “Sandy” (Bise) Allen of Newport departed this life on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at the age of 64. She was born June 19, 1958, in Panama City, Florida, the daughter of Orvel Bise and Barbara Gail (Woodruff) Bise.
Sandy was a graduate of Newport High School in 1976 and was of the Baptist belief. She spent many years working in the restaurant industry and owned Allen’s Diner, located in downtown Newport. After retirement, Sandy found enjoyment in fishing, reading, and crocheting. She loved arts and crafts, especially creating pieces using diamond art. Sandy cherished spending time with her grandchildren, making precious memories.
Sandy was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Gail (Woodruff) Bise; and one brother, Randy Bise.
She is survived by two sons, Jacob Eskew and wife, Alexandra, of Newport and Joshua Bise of Russellville; her father, Orvel Bise of Sherwood; two brothers, Jerry Bise of Little Rock and Mickey Bise of Sherwood; six grandchildren, Jodicie, Bailey, Maksimilian, Lilliana, Filicity, and Xander; one great grandchild, Nova Leann; lifetime friend, H.T. Allen of Newport; and special friends, Jessica Young of Wynne and Mindy Taylor of McCrory.
No services are planned at this time.
