Obituary for Tammy Lynn Leveritt
Mrs. Tammy Lynn (Grady) Leveritt of Smackover, Arkansas, departed this life on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at the age of 63. She was born August 27, 1958 at Redlands, California, the daughter of James Louis Grady, Sr., and Judith Ann (Kelso) Grady.
Mrs. Leveritt was a 1976 graduate of Lewisville High School, and earned a commercial truck driving certificate. She was a homemaker, who enjoyed crocheting, reading, watching soap operas and Andy Griffith, and listening to music. Mrs. Leveritt was a huge LSU fan, “Geaux Tigers!” She especially loved traveling with her family.
Mrs. Leveritt was preceded in death by her father, James Louis Grady, Sr.
She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Randy Leveritt; one daughter, Jamie Hanson of Magnolia, Arkansas; her mother, Judith Ann (Kelso) Grady of Tallulah, Louisiana; three stepsons, Gary Klotz of Parkers Chapel, Arkansas, Louis Klotz and wife, Toyna of Smackover, and J.R. Leveritt of El Dorado; one step-daughter, Michelle Whitley of Smackover; one brother, James “Bud” Grady and wife, Pamela of Tallulah, Louisiana; three grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one niece, Genevieve Grady; one nephew, Wyatt Grady; and a host of family and friends.
Friends may visit at the funeral home, Monday 1:00 – 1:30 p.m. Graveside services are 2:00 p.m. Monday at Sandhill Cemetery in Newport, Arkansas.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Jackson Hanson, Britt Grady, John Leveritt, Jerald Klotz, Bud Grady, and Gene Freeman.
