Obituary for Wanda Fisher
Wanda May ( Blanks ) Fisher 87 ,formerly of Tuckerman, shed her earthly coil tonight IJanuary 29, 2021), peacefully at 7:46 PM. She was surrounded by her loving daughter and grand-daughters.
Mother was a person of deep resolute faith and steadfast conviction to the people she loved. Mother was one to let you know where she stood on issues of this life and faith. We will miss her quick wit and joy of playing board games with all of us. In her home, she was a gracious host, a scratch cook and if you ever stopped by for a visit you were always offered something wonderful to eat! We that knew her well knew the mold was broken when she entered this world.
Her family , H. E. (Woody) / Elizabeth Fisher of Hernando, MS, John Thomas (Tommy) / Denise Fisher of Searcy, AR and Laura (Ellen) / Jeff Magie of Perryville, AR , includes seven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Preceding Mother in death was her loving husband Elwood Fisher and a great grandson Fisher Young.
Mother loved us all and we are the better for having her in our lives!
Her life is but an example of how one woman can influence so many people. She now has fought the good fight, finished the race, kept the faith. Now there is in store for her the crown of righteousness…. (2 Tim 4: 7/8)
