Adah Wanda  Holcomb (Masters)
Mrs. Adah Wanda (Masters) Holcomb, 88, of Harrisburg, Arkansas departed this life on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at her residence in Harrisburg. She was born December 5, 1932 in Perry, Oklahoma the daughter of Roy F. and Essie (Goff) Masters. Her parents preceded her in death and her husband, Mr. Lester Holcomb, one daughter, Wanda Thompson, three grandsons: Mark Sefers, Chris Fallon and Chase James, seven brothers: Howard, Lorin, Roy, Gilbert, Albert, Byron, and Myron Masters, three sisters: Laurine Hoard, Juanita Stevens, and Elanora Allread. Adah married Mr. Lester Holcomb on April 19, 1949 and they enjoyed fifty-eight before his passing on June 24, 2007. Adah was a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and MeMe which was a full time job of love and devotion. Her family was her life and she cherished every moment spent with them. She also loved gardening, reading, making quilts, and traveling. Before it was disbanded Adah was a member of the Lady’s Red Hat Club. Adah was an active member of Cross Chapel Baptist Church and loved the Lord God and being in fellowship with her church family as well as other friends. Adah is survived by daughters: Diane Fallon, Sandra Sefers, Donna Sefers, Deletta McDaniel, Marsha (Ronnie) Cravens, Becky Witt, one son, Keith Holcomb all of Harrisburg, one honorary son, Danny Ramsey, one sister, Harriett Ellis of West Memphis, and one sister-in-law-, Peggy Quinn of Harrisburg. Adah has left behind 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and a host of friends. The legacy of love and kindness she left behind will continue through her family! Bro. Paul Peters will conduct the service. These men will be honored to serve as Active Pallbearers: Jarrett Secrease, Josh Fallon, Hunter Cravens, Brandon Holcomb, Jamie McDaniel, and Danny Ramsey. Honorary Pallbearers are:
Wayne Fallon, Ronnie Cravens, Larry Mason, Shane Holcomb, Dalton McDaniel, Joey Sefers, Eric Cravens, Michael Sefers, Todd Sefers, and Ricky Sefers. Visitation will be Monday, March 15 at Jackson’s Funeral Home Chapel from 10:00~Service Time. Funeral services will be at 11:00 A. M. Interment will be in Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery.
