Mr. Chester and Mrs. Lola were my neighbors throughout my time growing up. He always had a sweet, gentle, and loving spirit about him. I remember he worked for AP&L and had a water cooler on his truck. On the really hot days, when we would play outside, I remember getting water from that cooler. It was the coldest water ever!
