Etta Faye  Ruch
Mrs. Etta Faye (Rudd) Pharis Ruch of Maumelle, Arkansas, departed this life on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at the age of 94. She was born April 7, 1928 in the Pennington Community, the daughter of Robert and Melvina (Ward) Rudd.
Mrs. Ruch was a member of the Highway Church of Christ in Jacksonville. She especially enjoyed visiting her family and friends.
Mrs. Ruch was preceded in death by her husband, Rex Ruch; the father of her children, D.L. Pharis; one son, Scotty Wayne Pharis; one son-in-law, David Green; one daughter-in-law, Julie Pharis; two grandchildren, Jarrod Green and Jason Wayne Pharis; her siblings; and her parents.
She is survived by three children, Donald Pharis of North Little Rock, Billy Pharis and wife, Diane of Fayetteville, and Sharon (Pharis) Green of Sherwood; eleven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit at the funeral home, Friday, beginning at 1:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow at Jackson’s Newport Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Friday, with interment at Pennington Cemetery.
Following the committal service, People Helping People at Amagon will be hosting a gathering for family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
