Obituary for Phyliss Reynolds

Phyliss  Reynolds
Mrs. Phyliss Eilene Reynolds of Weiner, Arkansas, departed this life at the Flo & Phil Hospice House on Monday, November 14, 2022, at the age of 76. She was born in Newport on June 6, 1946, the daughter of Bill and Emma (Stoker) Adams.
Miss Phyliss Adams married Mr. Alfred Hensley Reynolds on March 27, 1964. Together, they shared 51 years, raised three children, enjoyed grandchildren and great grandchildren, and worked alongside each other on their farm.
Mrs. Reynolds was of the Baptist belief and spent her years as a homemaker. She enjoyed going to flea markets and gambling. She also got great joy from gardening and cooking.
Mrs. Reynolds was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Reynolds; her parents; and two brothers, Billy Adams and Freddie Adams.
She is survived by her son, Devon Alfred Reynolds and wife Margaret, of McCrory; two daughters, Lisa Ryna Dix and husband James, of Woodruff County, Leslie Roschele Mullins and husband Kevin, of Weiner; one brother, David Adams and wife Dianne, of Campbell Station; two sisters, Holly Jackson of Grubbs and Sherry Fischer of Newport; six grandchildren, Timmy Reynolds, Justin Dix, Braden Reynolds, Cynthia Sterling, Jason Novak, and Linda Green; many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and a lifetime of friends.
Friends may visit at the funeral home, Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at Jackson’s Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Ferrell Wiggins officiating. Interment will follow in Eight Mile Cemetery.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Timmy Reynolds, Braden Reynolds, Kris Jackson, Kevin Mullins, Justin Dix, and William Adams. Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Novak, Brad Wimpy, Tom Wimpy, and Jerry Wimpy.
